3. AI and Food Photo Analysis

When you take a food photo:

• The image is sent to our secure servers for AI analysis
• We use Google Gemini AI to identify foods and estimate nutrition
• Photos are stored temporarily for analysis, then deleted after processing
• We do not share your food photos with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

AI Weight Coach is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

Your data may be processed in the European Union and/or the United States. We comply with GDPR for EU users and implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
